Fill Out Our Fish Survey...
 

If you fished our lake this year, we would like to know what you caught and what you kept. In order to better manage the resources of our lake we need to determine the quality of our fish population.

We work with the State of Illinois fish biologist on a regular basis to maintain a healthy and balanced fish population, but we also need your response to gauge the results of our efforts, and to guide us in our stocking program to ensure bountiful catches for everyone. We do not condone keeping fish under the size limit, but we do understand that it is sometimes unavoidable. We would like to include these fish in your response. If you had a friend or visitors with you please include their catches with yours. By species, please designate the quantity in the appropriate size column. Please also list released fish on designated box. We constantly need feedback from our fishing community in order to help us and the Lake Management Committee to properly an responsibly stock our beautiful lake.

You can  fill out the online form below and submit it. The results will automatically be sent to our tabulator for processing.

Alternately, you can download the PDF version of the survey, print it and complete it by hand. After you complete the form, you can bring it to one of our monthly meetings or hand deliver it to any fishing club officer.
